Awful customer service! Ordered a pair of size2 heelys and they sent me the wrong size. Couldn’t contact them by phone as they don’t have a working number so sent them an email which they replied to a week later. By that time it was too late for me to get sent out a replacement pair in time for Christmas Day. I sent them another email on the 20th December saying I want a full refund and they still haven’t replied to that email which was sent over a month ago!!! I’ve sent them 3 more emails since then and still no reply. This is not acceptable. Still waiting on my refund.

Ordered my son his skates 29th December- i know we had a few bank holidays between but we received them on the 4th! Very speedy shipping to delivery. My son absolutely loves them too! Very comfy and exactly what we was expecting

All of my orders have been quickly fulfilled, promptly dispatched and delivered on time (mainland England). In one instance where a product has been damaged in transit, the store responded swiftly to my e-mail and arranged for an item replacement without any additional cost.

Kates Skates has been around for a number of years and offers a huge range of products from technical equipment, protective gear, all the way to trendy clothing brands - anything and everything that you'll ever need as far as skating and skateboarding is concerned! Plus, they regularly offer seasonal discounts, which is always an added bonus :)
